Returns
Goods being returned to EC Products must be accompanied by a goods return note and a copy of the invoice the goods were purchased against. All goods will be inspected upon arrival and a decision will be made to determine whether a credit note will be raised depending on their condition and suitability for resale. Please include as much information as possible to the reason of returning goods. A credit note will not be issued without this information. EC Products will credit or replace any faulty/damaged items which are deemed to have failed within the warranty or been damaged in transit which is no fault of the customer. If replacements are required EC Products would require a new purchase order and any faulty goods will be credited against the original invoice.
Products which are deemed as ‘Bespoke or Non catalogue products’ will not be accepted for return other than in the case of failure due to no fault of the customer.
Any goods returned as not required and are in a suitable condition will be subjected to a minimum of 15% restocking. This will be agreed between EC Products and the customer before any credit note is issued. Any goods returned not required which require re-work will be subjected to a re-stocking charge, this will also be agreed between EC Products and the customer before any credit notes are issued. Any goods which are returned damaged by the customer will not be credited.
