EC Products despatch all ordered goods through recognised overnight delivery couriers. You can request unbranded cartons ensuring any third parties see no mention of EC Products.

When ordering online, you will be asked to confirm your preferred method of delivery. Five options are offered:

• In-store collection
• Standard service £11.25 up to 20kgs
• Next day before 12.00 noon £17.00 up to 10kgs
• Next day before 10.30 am £22.00 up to 10kgs
• Saturday before 12.00 noon £29.00 up to 10kgs

Shipping prices for each option will be shown at time of checkout with the cost being dependent upon location and total package weight.

For stock products we endeavour to despatch orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following day.

Although our courier services are based on an overnight next day service, this does not mean it is absolutely guaranteed. Our couriers are currently working on a 96% success rate. If your delivery is of the upmost importance to arrive at a particular day and time, you may wish to investigate alternative delivery methods or collection from our premises. We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries.
