All payment options are secure and do not allow EC Products to have any access to your card details. All payments and refunds are processed by our service providers and are not held on file by EC Products under any circumstances. The order confirmation that you receive also acts as your Invoice.

Any credit account orders are subject to strict 30 day end of month payment terms.

For credit account orders, invoices are automatically issued and emailed the Monday after despatch has been actioned.
